Curious how the team is set up around engineering and software for Helios. Are you mostly working directly with hardware, or also touching the digital twin or simulation tooling?

Makes sense. Sitting on the hardware while bridging into engineering and other teams gives you a useful angle. We worked with an aerospace startup where the handoffs between hardware, simulation and data folks were the spot they wanted to tighten. Curious if that matches how Helios runs, or if your setup keeps those lanes cleaner from your seat?

Quick story while we wait for Tuesday. We placed three composite techs into a new launch vehicle program last quarter, and one of them ended up running their tooling overhaul by month two. While Thursday firms up, one thing curious about Helios specifically: are you getting much exposure to the propulsion test side, or is your scope staying mostly structures for now? Asking because we are seeing interesting LatAm aerospace techs cross over from satellite structures into propulsion test, and your trajectory seems to be heading that direction.

That cross functional pull says a lot about you, prop teams only loop in folks they trust on the bench. We saw something similar with a LatAm aerospace tech we placed at a propulsion startup in Texas, came in on structures, ended up co owning their integration playbook within 6 months because the prop side kept tagging him in. That blend of trust plus reach is rare. How is Helios staffing the integration to prop handoff right now?
